New bank accounts are not able to import the bank transaction from Advanced Bank Reconciliation

Hi,
 
I just added four new bank account, and created new checkbook ID for each of them. But i cannot import the bank transactions from the Advanced Bank Reconciliation, statement import, for these new accounts. The old accounts have no issue for import. And i think the reason cause this is those new bank accounts are not the bank account import filter, please see the screen shot. Can someone help me for this? Thanks
