need assistance

There seems to be a problem with enabling the feature "Relationship Insights - Analytics and Health" under the Dynamics 365 Sales Hub settings. We have tried to enable the feature but it is either processing or disabled after some time.
Would appreciate any help on this.

    We would like to investigate this issue ourselves. To be able to share details we ask you to file a support request. 

    These are the steps to take to start a support request: 

    1. Sign into the Power Platform admin center with your admin credentials: admin.powerplatform.microsoft.com/ 
    1. Select Help + support > New support request.
