Expose Custom fields to OData API

Hi All,

I am using D365 Operations Update 5. I want to integrate D3fO using Odata API. I followed the GitHub Solution (PFB link), and can read and write Customers using standard entities and fields.

I created custom field in Customer Entity and want to read and write this field. 

Can anyone help me with the code to expose and read/write the custom field?
