I have built a Power Automate flow that is triggered when a new Forms Pro Survey Response record is created. The flow updates the Regarding field on the response record so the response record gets displayed on the associated case timeline. Although I can see the correct case is getting populated in the Regarding field, the response record is not getting displayed on the applicable case timeline.
After I created a Many-to-one relationship for msfp_surveyresponse to incident, the survey responses started to be displayed on the applicable case timeline. I am considering this resolved.
