ReportI just recently enabled Insights on both our Sandbox and Production instances.
I followed the instructions here to add Insights as a Web Resource to the Account Main Form. Viewing the company information from the Main Form works fine, as do the commands, but clicking to expand any other info (Find Contacts, Research, Overview, Family Tree) just takes you to an overview on a new page, and you can't navigate further from there.
Did I install this incorrectly? Is there an OotB way to see the Insights information from the Main Form without using a Web Resource?
I'm also not seeing an option to view the Inside View Form from the Account/Contact/Lead. My only options for viewing different forms are the ones I had set up previously.
