Has anyone used the UseUniqueHelp field property in Modifier?

I'm a tech writer and I'm trying to implement some customized help topics without burdening the developers too much. Someone has suggested one way to do it, but I just saw this and wondered if it would be easier to do.

Has anyone ever used Modifier to add a Graphic Only push button that when pushed calls a specific help topic?

That is, what if I:

Add a field, graphic only, with UseUniqueHelp set to True.

The user manual says that it will generate a unique HelpContextID for this field. Where do I find out what that ID is so that I can map to it using RoboHelp HTML?

Oh, and I should add that the help topic would be in a different .chm file; that is, it would NOT be in GreatPlains.chm. I think I should be able to use the chm path, double colon, topic name format.
