    Hi,

can you try in different browser and check? assuming this data entity has no custom code written.

Yes, i checked it in different browser, same error.
There is a setting of shared working directory in data management framework, is this may be due to this or not ..

    Hi @Afazal,

Do you have any custom code on the data entity? Can you try another data entity?

    Hi Afazal,

When you click on the validate near "Shared working directoy", do you get an error?  maybe it can give you an indication on what is wrong

if you just want the exported file to test something, then maybe try filling this field with an existing local path like "c:\temp\dixf"

    Thanks,
    Layan Jweihan

    Hi Afazal,
Please check on DMF parameters if you can validate service access to directory by "Validate" function. Do you get any error message?
The error can be related to connection to the azure blob, or one service is down. Can you check if all required services are up and running?
