Transfer order received & putaway but license plate still visible in receiving location

Hi all,

I've picked, shipped and received a transfer order. The transfer order is then received by LP receive & put away where I put it to the storage location. The stock is visible in that location via on-hand list, but the LP is in Receiving location with no inventory despite the transfer order being in received status.

Any ideas on why this is happening?

FYI - the receiving warehouse is advanced warehouse enabled but is also as eCommerce store.
I have the same question (0)

    Hi,

There this was mentioned: Please check if this item has been financially settled(the financial date in transaction details form is filled). If you have made financial settlements and still see these dimensions in on-hand list form, please recalculate inventory for this item in inventory closing.

    Best regards, Tamira

If the LP is visible in the On-hand inquiry in the receiving location, but the line has no Physical inventory quantity, then the LP is not really in that Location. LPs are only in locations in which they have physical inventory.

You may prefer to use the Physical on-hand inventory inquiry; it does not show these zero quantity lines.

This was resolved by running On-hand entries aggregation by financial dimensions clean-up job which can be found via: Inventory management -> Periodic tasks -> Clean -> On-hand entries aggregation by financial dimensions.

This essentially closes down any open financial transactions in the background thus keeping the on-hand list clean with only the relevant transactions.
