Hi All,
I have one banking instance on on-premises which I want to import in Online.
Please suggest me what all the limitations to convert in to online have to face.

You could use Scribe to migrate your data to Online. You need to make sure customizations were migrated / imported to Online first.
Check your plugins and workflow assemblies if they work in sandboxed mode, if you have any.
Check if you use any custom reports on SQL Basis, if so migrate them to FetchXML.
Check if you have any interfaces to local resources and migrate them to work with CRM Online.
