There are two ways to do what you want to do, you can either use the OData connector and hit the OData endpoints for F&O or you can use the dual-write capability to write the F&O data out to the dataverse storage and then use the direct connection (Connect to Common Data Service) or the Dataverse connector when it is released.

The OData Connector  docs.microsoft.com/.../odata  (bottom right corner). I believe this is a trial but if you wanted to, writing a quick ADF pipeline to drop this over as a Parquet file and ingesting the file directly might be an option to. I think you can create a DataFlow as well and use Power Plaform Data Flow to ingest

Not nitpicking any terms, I just want to make sure I understand the Ask.

You're trying to use F&O data as a source of ingestion in CI, is that right?  You should be able to just connect directly using the OData Endpoint provided by F&O.  As far as Dual-Write, that's just essentially plugins copying data between systems, if it's copied to CRM so it should be there with the DataVerse connector.  Just to be clear, you're selecting Data->Data Sources - Adding a new one and choosing power Query right?
