AX2012 R3 Sales order expected delivery dates

Hi

Is there any way to manage this sales scenario in AX..

On Mondays, I am expecting to receive orders for xx products for delivery on Wednesday

Tuesdays I am expecting to receive orders for yyy products for delivery on Thursday

etc etc

I've tried using order entry deadlines, transport calendars or customer calendars, but they don't really cut it.

Has anyone else overcome this scenario?
