I have refunded excess Sec 125 Insurance premium $TSA$ to a terminated employee by way of manual check with a negative deduction amount and deducted Social security and Fed withholding. My FUTA report does not reflect the correct amount. Is there another way to do this or a way to adjust the FUTA report when this occurs?
