Hi ,
I have successfully installed kernel patch of Update1 for Ax 2009 but the Application is failing giving
IMPORTHOTFIX (ERROR): Fail to import XPO file: C:\Users\INGST~1.DEV\AppData\Local\Temp\7\KB4032546.xpo.
I ran it twice but the same error.Can somebody put light on this.

What happens if you open your AX client and try to import the XPO from the temporary folder manually? That could reveal the problem.
If it does not help, you could always open a paid Support Incident with Microsoft to get some assistance.
