Rename title of OOB Case dialog boxes for Resolve/Cancel/Reactivate

Hi All,

We need to rename the 'Case' entity to 'Enquiry'. We renamed its display and plural names accordingly, also changed the labels of various buttons on form and grid ribbons. Now the challenge is with out of box dialogs on Case entity for Resolve Case, Cancel Case and Reactivate Case buttons. They are showing 'Case' word in the title/description instead of Enquiry as shown in below screenshot. 

 

We thought it would pick the display name of entity but it seems hardcoded in these dialog boxes. is it true? I know these are not customizable, please suggest any way of changing the description text of these Dialogs?

Any help is highly appreciated.

    Any change would be unsupported and subsequently reduce the support Microsoft will give you if anything goes wrong in the future.

    A supported way of getting around this is to replace the form with either your own asp form or a dialog

    In a Solution (or the default solution), under the Cases node you will see a node for "Messages". This has most of the places the term "Case(s)" is used in the application. You could change these one at a time, or you can do this by exporting the translations, editing the exported file and re-importing for the same language (although this mechanism is built for creating labels in other languages, it is supported for overwriting the custom labels for the same language).
