On the Sales Order Processing option window I get the following message when selecting the 'Allow Auto-Assign Lot Nubers.
'Lot Controls have been enabled for this company. Manual Lot number entry is required. This option cannot be changed'
Can this be changed via SQL?

The error message is displayed for a reason. Going through the back door and changing the flag will make the system work against the rules. Fix the issue causing the message first. Then you can enable auto-issue.
Otherwise, you may corrupt your data.

yes this could be an alternative, can you select the option using Fabrikam? then compare SOP setup table for both company. update table as necesary.
