problem in generating public key token

I am trying to generate public key token of a dll using following command

sn.exe -T C:\Program Files\Microsoft Dynamics NAV\80\Service\Add-ins\Allium\Tiny Editor\TinyEditor_NAV.dll

 but systems hangs abruptly with error  Microsoft .NET Strong Name Utility has stopped working.

I tried dobble click on sn.exe . it is same error.

    Are you using SN.exe from windows SDK folder ? Do you see any error message in event viewer ?

    Did you run the command prompt in the Administrator mode? 

    Try this http://blogs.msdn.com/b/wriju/archive/2008/07/01/how-to-find-public-key-token-for-a-net-dll-or-assembly.aspx

    (This will only works if the assembly is strongly signed)

    I run command promt in administrator mode but didnt help

    problem is solved using power shell and following command

    ([system.reflection.assembly]::loadfile("c:\program files\Microsoft SQL Server\100\SDK\Assemblies\Microsoft.sqlserver.smo.dll")).FullName
