Hi ,

We Export the list of contacts from one of our users in outlook and Imports them to CRM 365 (after removing duplicates and cleaning, 8500 contacts were created in CRM)

All the contacts were assigned to system administrator user during import

After we installed outlook client, at the first login we tried to synchronize with CRM 365, and during the sync process thousands of contacts have been removed from Outlook

Before the sync we had 11,500 contacts and after sync there were left only 5000 contacts

We checked the contact filter inside outlook and it was default (sync only owned contacts)

We tried to sync in another user and nothing happens, all the contacts remains as before

The problem occurs only for the user that had export his contacts to CRM

Unfortunately we forced to restore the outlook contacts and stop the sync process at all

Does anyone have an idea what cause the problem ?

Please your advice
