    Hi Madu,

we can achieve this by in-bound CRM functionality called email templates

    • Go to Settings area

    • Navigate to email template

    • Create new email template

After creating email template select the email body where you want to keep dynamic information

    • Click on Insert/Update button on create email template

    • You will be navigated to “Data Field Values “screen

    • On this screen click on “Add “and select full name field.

After creating this we can use this email template.

Email signature template 2016 spring release

Create a new email and you will see a new icon on the email designer to insert signatures:

To create more signatures, go to Personal Settings or, as an admin, Administration => Templates section.

Notice Email Signatures is a new entity and it is part of the security roles. So, for instance, if the Customer Service Team requires to use Email Signatures, they should have access to the Email Signature Entity. See below an example security role

    Hi,

In email signature we can only provide static signature. We cannot insert user name dynamically. So, I hope it is better to use email template instead of email signature.

Correct me if I am wrong .

Yes , we cannot get it dynamically .... we used to use email template before update 1 , but as this is new feature I was looking through possible options....

have you noticed that When you are using template option in crm 2016 email template added to the bottom of reply so its annoying

    Hi Pathini,

I have tested this for a customer last week and it works as per your requirement - so when you upgrade all will be good

Remember to mark as verified if this has helped

hi Mark  sorry , but there is  a problem of inserting current user name and job title on this email signatures. as in our system support team members can send emails from support user. once they change from address to support user that brings up default support user email or if there is no default we can use insert signature as you shown in the  above post.  Still you cannot insert  current username and job title automatically

So I cannot resolve my requirement with this new feature.

    Hi Mau,

    You can create 2 sigs

1 for person and 1 for team (you would need to set the team up for each user)

then select the signature on that email
