GP2016 (not available in the drop down list of versions)
We have defined a PO Req workflow with many steps. When the approval e-mail is received by the approver, there are rows of messages that read "System,2016-29-29 08:30:00 No approval is required for this step" This is the message that will print up for every step in the workflow where the current approval routing will bypass that particular step. It makes the body of the e-mail very difficult to work with if the user is going to approve the PO Req off their cell phone. I would like to know how to remove the line if the message says "No approval is required for this step"
Does anyone have any suggestions for me please?
