When you email out a survey, can you change who it is from in the 'from' field? Can you change it to a generic name (the name of your organisation or project) or choose a different user/member of staff, so for example, an administrator can send it out on behalf of a colleague who interacts with clients, so recipients recognise the name in the from field?
Check out this link. We just finished the process and are no using a "noreply@mpanyname.com" from address. Once you have this address you can change the From address to the new one in your email template.

Note: You will need to work with your Internet Service Provider. The Microsoft Support team that worked with me were very helpful (and patient).

Am also going through this process now. MSFT support will then respond and request you to make some DNS changes (CNAME and TXT records).
I had my IT-department help me with this changes this morning, but I still can't change the sender when sending the survey.
Does anyone know if it takes some time before the update takes effect? I'm hoping the answer is yes, if not I need to start looking in to why it's not working.
Best Regards
Michael
Michael Lindholm - to confirm, your IT is following steps as described in Customize the From address of the email | Microsoft Docs?
The changes should be reflected right away. If not, please send your tenant information to customervoice@microsoft.com and we will take a look
