Hello,

I created a new runbasebatch class and on the standard batch button standard buttons on the right hand side are halfway showed. Never seen such behavior before. Can you help me pls? Compilation and incremental compilations do not help.

Thanks in advance.

    Hi Azat,

    1. Have you tried to resize the dialog window manually? Does help somehow?

    2. Have you tried to reset usage data for user? (by the way does it happen for all users?)

    Hello Sergei,

    1. When I hover over the dialog border two-way arrow for window resizing doesn't appear so I can't resize it manually.

    2. No I haven't since it happens for other users as well.

Does it happen only with this one new RunBaseBatch dialog? Or all RunBaseBatch dialogs? For example, if you run Tutorial_RunBaseBatch class, does it look?

Please check your client kernel version and AOS kernel version. Perhaps your client is older than AOS, it is not supported and can often cause similar UI issues than what you are experiencing.

    Hello Nikolaos,

It happens with all runbasebatch dialogs including Tutorial_RunBaseBatch class. OK. I ill try to check this out. Thanks.

Fix me If I'm wrong but it turns out that client kernel version is newer than AOS kernel version

Does it mean that isn't a reason of the UI issue I have?

    Thanks.

On this screen you see the kernel version of the client, and the application version (= x++ codebase version).

I think you need to check the properties of ax32serv.exe to see the kernel version of the AOS.
