Save Button on Command Bar

Posted on by 1,320

Currently we have the Save button removed on the command bar because we have Auto-Save enabled in our system settings. Is there a way to still show the Save button on all forms without having to disable the auto-save feature? Can this be done via Ribbon Workbench?

Can I get screenshots step-by-step please? It still looks for me like some kind of workflow process instance.

It doesn't look like Ribbon Workbench. Where do you get this error and why do you think that this error was caused with changes of ribbon?
This is for sure the error I received when trying to Publish the changes in Ribbon Workbench.

    Hello,

You should remove the last one Enable Rule - "Mscrm.IsAutoSaveEnabled", save and publish ribbon. That should resolve your issue.
I did that, clicked Publish, then got an error saying it couldn't import a workflow.

Thanks, I'm in Ribbon Workbench and I'm a bit lost on what to do next. I don't see any 'hideentity' display rules to remove. I want to make the Save button visible on the form. Where do I go from here? Is the best way to add a new display rule for 'Entity Privilege Rule' on the Write privilege type?

    Hello,

Yes. This can be done via Ribbon Workbench. Check this article that describes how to edit standard buttons - us.hitachi-solutions.com/.../managing-activatedeactivate-permissions-of-crm-entities
