Hello,

After once completed the analysis, design and develop, and test phases in the LCS methodology, and
the go-live assessment has concluded that the project is ready,  once the team place  request to the DSE team  for the production
environment.

How much time the DSE team will take to deploy the project to live Or a cloud?

Suppose DSE they deployed, how much time takes to access users?

    Once the deployment is started, it should be ready overnight (5-8 hours or something).

    Once it's deployed, the Admin user can access the system. Others can access it after the admin user has added more users to the system.

    Of course you still need to set up all the parameters, master data etc before golive.

    Thank you, for the clarification on 2nd question.

    What could be the time between the request to the DSE team from key members of the project and the DSE team deployment starting time?

    Suppose the Project team requested today 9.00 AM in the morning to the DSE team

    Does the DSE team will respond immediately or they respond after 48 hrs or 24 hr or 12 hr?

    First of all, most likely DSE team is not even involved. Assuming your LCS project is using the "self-service" topology.

    Please go to Full details of your UAT system. Do you see topology as "self-service"?

    If yes, DSE team is not involved. Instead, when you deploy your prod system, the deployment should start almost immediately.

    If it's not "self-service", I suggest to reach out to the DSE team or your FastTrack contact person with these questions.
