I need to add a popup message in MPOS ? and I need to know how can I apply the update in MPOS?

What is your primary purpose of Popup massage? , to inform something to POS User or Capture User Input? can you explain your scenario a bit more?

If your requirement is to pop up massage before or after some function or action then you need to do some customization (s), you can read through github.com/.../pos-trigger-printing.md available triggers based on functions.
I don't think there will be standard functionality we can use for your scenario without customization.
