Deploying a single KB from application update

Hello Team ,

I have some system performance issue in Inventory closing ,when I searched on LCS I can see there is one hotfix present but its released as part of application update which has lot many other KB fixes as well as part of this.

When I tried to install this pckage as my application is heavily customized , there are more than 900 conflicts which I'm not sure I will be able to resolve or not.

I just want to apply only that KB , for that when I searched I got a link :

But when I ran the OneClickAXUpdate wizard I didnt get the option to choose the particular KB (Please refer to below image the options I'm getting , also I have removed the objects getting conflicted due to security purpose)

Please help me in this case.

The KB I want to install is : KB 3142891
