Why is our data extract so slow in GP 2010?

We recently upgraded from GP9.0 to Dynamics GP 2010 and have an SSIS (data extract) job that used to take anywhere from 4 to 10 minutes when ran in GP9.0 and now takes 55 to 65 minutes to run in Dynamics GP 2010.  We have attempted all the usual monitoring steps between server, network, we rebuilt indexes, etc. and still the data extract from Dynamics GP 2010 is now taking 15 times longer to complete.  The execution time for each database/table (we have 80 databases) takes the same amount of time, regardless the size of the database and/or tables.  We're querying the GL, analytical accounting, budget and account master tables only.  We're using SQL 2008 (we were using SQL 2005 for GP9.0).  Our SQL servers are clustered and nothing has changed with regards to the SSIS package or the destination.

Is there anyone out there who can help us figure out what changes there have been to either the GP 2010 tables and/or SQL2008 that we have not accounted for and we can change/modify/update so that our data extracts are performing at the same speeds they were for GP9.0?

Any/all suggestions are welcome, don't be shy.

Thanks

as a follow-up to my post...we discovered using the IP address was the issue.  Once we started using the server's DNS name instead, the extracts ran a lot faster.  Our DBA also applied some SSIS updates, but we think the IP -vs- Name was the true issue.
