Field Service Mobile App Push Notification Not Working

Hi All,

We had built a custom FS Push Notification Cloud flow, to send Notifications to the technician mobile. When we deployed the cloud flow to multiple instances everywhere it is working apart from one instance.

The instance which has problem, when we create a booking the flow is running succeeded without any issues. It is passing all the Actions everything is fine, but the notification is not appearing.

With all other instances the notifications are appearing to my mobile app apart from one instance. We are quite struck what could be the root cause for this issue. If anyone encounters this sort of issue or any suggestions please help here.

    Hi,

    Prerequisites for OOB Notifications to work

    1. Minimum FS version from which FS OOB PN will work is UR 27 – 8.8.33.61

    2. If the org is already on UR27 or above, we need to check if below connection references are set

    • CDS Connection reference – Navigate to https://make.powerapps.com  -> Solutions -> Default Solution.

    • Filter for connection references

    • From More commands, select edit and in connection section navigate to create a new connection.

    • Add below connections from the connections under Data.

    • Navigate back to default solution and select the above for the connection references.

    • Navigate to Solutions -> Field Service (patch solution), filter for flows.

    • Turn on below flow for notifications to work.
