Can you edit the list of Activities displayed when you want to create new using the + button in the Top Menu? I would like to add Letter to this:

Sorry but there isn't any standard way to modify this functionalities (quick create) for activities. This is by default activated for only Task, Phone Call, Appointment & Email.

Hi Ruth,
As I understand your question you want to add a new activity below activities list by clicking + button. Do you want something like this only :
If you want this only then you have to create a activity entity and have to check "Display as an activity entity" and "Display In activity menus" and then publish your entity :

Thank you, Tribhuwan. That is what I want accomplished, but not with a custom entity but the out of the box Letter entity. In spite of it being checked just like you have it, it appears to be something that you can't customize.
