Hi Steve,
If the standard reports are not suitable, you should use at least transaction tables for your reports. Sales invoices are stored in the tables CustInvoiceJour (header) and CustInvoiceTrans (lines). Possible, you need to look at inventory transactions, then you can also look at InventTrans and InventTransOrigin tables.
The SalesTable is a worksheet table which can be archived/deleted. So for this reason, please use the mentioned transaction tables as basis for your report.
Hello Steve,
For a: There is a standard report in the sales and marketing module available called "customer turnover". Have you checked that one?
For b: Also in the sales and marketing module we have the "customer/item statistics" report, the "gross margin by item" and the "sales item group statistics" reports available.
For c: Here I do not know. What is your "brand"? Is this a Financial Dimension or another classification criteria? Please check the standard reports that are available in sales and marketing under the "statistics" menu. There might be one that fits your requirement.
Best regards,
Ludwig
I need to write some reports. Can you advise what tables and related tables I should use?
a. Sales by Customer/Country
b. Sales by Sku – units available, US dollars required also - to match the USD from territory sales
c. Sales by Brand by Country (Soaps) – units and dollars
Thanks Ludwig for your response:

Hi Steve Whyte!
What is you business requirement?
Hi,
The SalesTable does not hold the invoice date.
Please check the CustInvoiceJour Table and there the InvoiceDate field.
Best regards,
Ludwig
Hello Steve
Out of box AX has an Invoice date field under CustInvoiceJour table.
There is no invoice date field under SalesTable unless you have other customization on the table.
Thanks
