I'd like to send an email in a customer journey and stop sending it in, for example, a month later.
But the rest steps need to be processed.

It is possible to set an expiry time for emails in the customer journey, but this time cannot be dynamic, it can only be a fixed time point.
So the stopping of emails after one month as stated in your example can only be done by you manually setting a specific date after one month.
But it has little impact on journey, as the start time of journey is fixed and there is not a lot of dynamic time present during the course.
Here is an example.
I set the first email to have expired yesterday, while the second email was not set.
When the journey is live, there will be a waring message.
And I will only receive the second email.
