Hi everybody

I have a client that has MS CRM 4.0, he wants to migrate to SQL Server 2016, but keep the CRM version. Is this possible? Can it work like this?

Regards

Javier

CRM 4.0 supports max SQL Server 2012 SP1, also CRM 4.0 is not supported by Microsoft.

The answer is no, however you can try (clone the environment somewhere else and test the update but there is no guarantee that will work at all or partially)
