CRM:####### added to Quick Campaign Email Subject Line

Posted on by 8
I used the Quick Campaign feature to send an email to account contacts. The email was sent using the subject line I specified plus a suffix that included /CRM:/ and a seven digit number.

It will be fairly obvious to the recipient that this was part of a CRM generated mass email. What is that suffix and how do I eliminate it?

    Hi Partner,
    This is email tracking token.
A tracking token is an alphanumeric string that's generated by customer engagement apps and appended to the end of an email subject line. It matches email activities with email messages. The tracking token feature is turned on by default.
    Customize or turn off it:
    1. In Settings > Administration > System Settings, select the Email tab.

    2. In the Configure email correlation area, turn tracking tokens on or off and change the default structure.

I hope you can verify my answer if it helps you! If you have any questions, please feel free to contact me.
    Regards,
    Leah
