Building segments and conditions

Hi everyone !

I am creating segments with url's containing utm so I can identify people going through my campaigns and taking different actions.

The first one I created linked to a url where people could fill in a form. This segment works fine as I see people in it.

Now, I have created another one where the form is not on the same page and it seems to not be working.

So, my path looks like :

Does the form have to be on the same page that I send people to ? I suppose it is not the way it is supposed to work. As the pixel is behind all my pages, I should be able to see people that went to my page AND submitted a form, wherever it is on the website, right ?

Does anyone have an answer to that ?

Hi,

You’re right that the form does not need to be contained in the page.

Do you mean that the condition – Website visited can filter out contacts normally and when the second condition is added, the filter result turns wrong?

If yes, it is recommended to split the second condition into a new segment and see if it works.
