Issue updating radio buttons in portals

I have a webpage created using the entity form. i have about 40 fields separated in different tabs and sections.

When i submit the form on the portal after entering all the values only the radio button values are not updating in CRM all other fields are updated in CRM.

Not sure if this is some issue in the portal or i am doing something wrong

Hi,

Create a separate entity form with few field including radio button and see if it works. If this fails then check if it is related to the radio button formating i.e. chacnge t back to checkbox and see if it works.

No Metadata is associated

Its a simple form with no JS or plugins or workflows

Yes the radio buttons are 2 option field in CRM. All the other attributes types are working fine except for two options

Is there any metadata against this entity form ?

Obvious questions:

- is there any plugin / workflow / business rule that might be undoing your changes ?

- the radio button are the "2 options field" in CRM ? did you check if Option Sets are ok ?
