I am trying to export all data on donations out of the CRM and into an excel spreadsheet but unlike contacts the advanced find tool does not provide an option to export when searching through donations. Any help is appreciated. Michael

did you try some other entities (other than contact and donations)? I am wondering if the ribbon has been customized to disable excel import for "Donations"
Btw, are you on CRM4 as you indicated in the question? Just wanted to make sure.
Hi thanks for your reply. To clarify: When I use the advanced find tab and select the 'look for' drop down menu and click donations, I am then able to advance search on all donations logged in the CRM. When I filter the results I would like to export this information into excel however there is no function to do this. Which is not the case when I select contacts in the 'look for' drop down menu and advance search in this category which when the results are produced there is an excel icon that permits me to export.
