How to use the collections section

Hi

I am trying to find a user guide or somewhere that I can learn how to use the collections section in AX 2012.  We have been using AX for over a year now but still chase customers using spreadsheets etc.  I want to be able to utilise the collections section on AX so that we can automatically send dunning letters and automate our processes.  Is there anywhere I can get hold of this info or can someone give any advice on this?
