Purchase Order stuck

Hi All,

A user had 4 lines on a PO and decided to delete one of the lines not needed, when sent back for approval, this PO got stuck. We have not been able to approve it . It has a status of In review and workflow error display which is pointing to the deleted line. Please how can I resolve this issue.

    For clarity:

    Are you using change management or just resubmitting through a workflow ? (Is it going back through PR approval or just  PO approval?)

    In Procurement and sourcing > Setup > Policies > Purchasing polices what has been set up as the policy for reapproval?

    Is it set up for a header level, or a line level approval?

    Possible Workarounds:

    Delete the whole PO and re-raise as you need and submit to workflow.

    if using change management then go to the parameter in vendor master called override change management and select it temporarily
