What CRM should we deploy?

We have business. Central and we are a manufacturer that needs a CRM. We build complicated engineered products so we don’t quote drop down widgets. I don’t need much but to have a centralized contact database available through all platforms including smart phones and simple CRM functions leads contacts follow ups group emails and opportunity tracking

salesforce or something like that seems like way way overkill for us we want it integrated and simple and prefer outlook as the main connection for contacts

any ideas here?

I'm pretty sure Dynamics 365 for Sales has everything you need and Business central has the integration built in.
