Workflows broken after update. "An error has occurred .Try this action again."

Hello guys! Hope you're all doing great.

We're experiencing an odd issue.

After microsoft updated our Dynamics CRM environment, a lot of workflows are broken.

A red circle with an "x" appears in one of the phases of the workflow and it says "An error has occurred .Try this action again."

We already raised a ticket to Microsoft but we need to solve this asap.

Any idea?

Thanks in advance,

Regards!

    Hi,

Can you share the log files of the error you received?

    Thanks.

There is no error logs to download unfortunately. There is only a screen saying An error occurred.

Can you share the screenshot of where you see this? Typically, there are a lot of places MS puts these errors and it all mean differently at different places. Additionally, can you also check the System Jobs in Settings at the same time when you come across this issue?
