Hi. I cannot go offline with Dynamics 365 on-line and CRM 2016 Outlook Client (08.02.0000.0749.) The error massage is "Client was not able to download data..."
I tried reinstall or delete Outlook cache but it didn´t help. I also tried Microsoft Support and Recovery Assistant and it didn´t help neither. In Recovery Assistant was only one error in first step - Automatic Configuration in O365 (translated) and I cannot figure out what does it mean.
Any idea as to what is going on and how to fix it?
