 Hello GP Experts,

I have a quick question. Our users have been putting in notes into the Sales Orders. And now I have to make a query to retrieve the content of those Sales Order notes. Unfortunately GP tables confuse me; I'm not sure which table these notes are stored into. Does anyone know which GP table brings this Sales Order notes information?

The notes are stored and can be retrieved by clicking on this button in Sales Order:

When clicked it displays this note:

Thanks in advanced for your help!!

These notes (called Record Notes) are stored in the SY03900 table in the company database.  The individual records (in SOP10100) contain a field named NOTEINDX.  Use this field to relate the sales order to the NOTEINDX field of the SY03900 table to pull the appropriate note.
