vacation accruals

Our payroll is with vacation accruals using the adjusted hire date.  Everyone's adjusted hire date is set to 1/1/xxxx with xxxx being the year that they started in.  On Jan 1 of each year, the vacation accrual should increase when the emp reaches 1 year and 6 years.  This year, the accrual amount isn't increasing and we cannot find what is going wrong.  We're on GP 10

Any suggestions?

I think we found the problem - can anyone show where, on the PTO screen, the 'Total Maximum Hours' field is documented?

    Hello Deanne,

Thank you for replying on the community forums with your inquiry.

To just confirm with you, you are using the payroll module to accrual vacation?  Or are you using the HR module or PTO Manager?

With the accruals using the adjusted hire date, it sounds like you may be using PTO Manager, but this is just a guess.

So was accruals working just fine until this year?  If so, had there been any chances recently to your Microsoft Dynamics GP system like an update that may account for when it stopped working?

    Best regards,

    Jonathan Herman
