Revoked Social Insights App for Dynamics Online

Folks, i've revoked my social insight app permission.  

How do i get it back?  Is there a way to get it back?

Update: Managed to get it back by getting O365 global admin to login through CRM and set it up.  But now i'm getting the following error.

I have administrative role in CRM.  I added myself to all the roles but still no use.
