GP2010 not lunching on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 after upgrade

After upgrading sucessfully our GP10 running on Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 to Microsoft Dynamics GP2010.  The client station on the domain can access, post and upadte records on the GP 2010.

But GP 2010 is not accessible on the Microsoft Windows Server 2003 Standard Edition SP2 after upgrade.

All systems on the network can access the server. Kindly assist as we have not been able to lunch GP on the server.
