Send mail user to user

Hi.

Can some one help me?

I know that to use email functions create templates its necessary. But i want to know if i can configure email sendings user to user.

For example, a customer service agent created a case and when he changed the case stage, ax send a email but:

The sender is the customer service agent.

The addressee is the responsable configurated on the case stage.

    Consider using alerts.

    Hi Nicolas.

    You would definitely need to do a customisation for this. Alerts will send as the user configured on the Alert email template.

    But it could create an alert, which may be better than just sending an email.

    No, I don't think there is any setup where you would be able to pick any arbitrary field to take the address from. I meant you may want to change your business requirement from "to send email" to "to create an alert" and leave things like notifications to the standard business logic, instead of writing it again by yourself.
