Trade Agreement and Direct Delivery

Hi everybody,

Hope you are well.

It's not an intercompany flow.

Today i've created a new released product with a default price of 20€ and a default vendor :

After that i created a new trade agreement with a price of 5€ :

Next step i created a new sales order with a quantity of 20 unit :

If i create a new direct delivery from the button, i see that the vendor is correct but not the price :

If i click ok, it create a purchase order with with wrong price (price of the item) :

BUT, if i create an other sales order, and if on the line i directly change the Delivery type from "Stock" To "Direct Delivery", it create a new purchase order with the good price (5€) :

Have you got the same issue?

Is there something i'm doing wrong?

Have a nice day,

Jonnix

RE: Trade Agreement and Direct Delivery

    Hi Jonnix,

Which version are you using?  Does the situation in first sales order can reproduce in other item?

Do you have customization on this area? Please also check the date and dimension in order.

In my test, it works fine.

    Regards,

    QianQW

    Hi QianQW,

    i'm using this version :

    pastedimage1588075892024v1.png

There is no customisation, it's a standard version.

It do the same with another item and also with another customer.

Date is the date of the day and my trade agreement is ok for the current year.

There is no only the site and warehouse on the line.

I don't understand when it works fine when i change the type directly on the line.

    Hi Jonnix,

If it is the case, you can create a ticket to Microsoft for help.

RE: Trade Agreement and Direct Delivery

    Hi Jonnix,

I have to admit (in fact, am happy to admit) that I spent maybe two hours playing around with Direct delivery and Purchase order pricing in a 10.0.10 environment, and I could not get a Direct delivery to use a the Purchase price set on the Trade agreement in your scenario (using supplier DE-001 in the DEMF demo company).

I feel that I must have missed something, but I have no idea what. Perhaps it really is bugged.

direct delivery is like a special order, it would default purchase price from vendor but not get trade agreement

you might want  to do a small enhancement if trade agreement price is needed

    Hi Rahul,

    Thanks for your reply.

But i don't understand why it works with this method :

    "

BUT, if i create an other sales order, and if on the line i directly change the Delivery type from "Stock" To "Direct Delivery", it create a new purchase order with the good price (5€) :

    "

So i will open a case and come back with the result.

    Have a nice day,

    Jonnix
