Dynamics 365 Finance and Operations OnPremise migration from tenant to tenant

Hi,
Need documentations/suggestions on what steps should be done when moving customer LCS FO environments from current tenant to new. 
Customer stays same. Local environment do not change. Only tenant. 
Do documentation found for onpremise - only online option is available.
