Adding a condition to a segment, so that a contact within that segment won't be sent the marketing email within a journey

Hi,

Is anyone able to post some instructions on how I would add a condition to a segment within a journey, so that if a contact has already received the marketing email they will not get included again. I have been informed I can do this but can't work out how.

Thanks
Fiona

    Hi Fiona,

You can add set segment as following screenshot:

Adding one behavior block in the segment, then select 'email delivered' and one marketing email.

    Note:

Email delivered: A marketing email message is considered to have been delivered if it was sent (not blocked) by Dynamics 365 Marketing and no bounce was reported.
