when do you get that error?

is that file part of dynamics gp or an additional file/program?

in general you can try to use compatibility mode: goto windows explorer, select that file, right-click --> properties, tab compatibility, check "execute program in compatibility mode" and option "windows server 2008".

I'd be curious as to when you get this error as well, and what is this 'sviewer.exe' application that it is trying to run, as it isn't a default application that is by default on Dynamics GP.

    Thanks
