I think you just need to follow the instructions at this page, support.microsoft.com/.../4535796

This page lists all the updates support.microsoft.com/.../microsoft-dynamics-365-onpremise-cumulative-updates where you'll see that there is an update available to 8.2.16

I guess you mean CRM 2016 ver 8.2.15 because there is no version 8.15.

You can update from the following link.
